YouIn? is a platform that works in collaboration with IBEW 213 and IATSE 891 to help more workplaces in British Columbia unionize and improve their working conditions.

The platform includes an anonymous unionization process and resources for those including looking to form a union, including information on the benefits of unionization and how to be succesful in the process.

By partnering with IBEW 213 and IATSE 891, YouIn? has access to the expertise and experience of these established unions, allowing them to provide comprehensive support to workers. The goal of YouIn? is to empower employees to take control of their workplace and improve their lives through unionization.
